Ice, Ice Baby!

As an athlete, I have so many recovery related toys that it is pathetically funny. From purchased ice packs to foam rollers, I have spent a small fortune to try to keep myself injury free. My wise sister-in-law, who is also an athlete, send me this recipe for an easy DIY flexible ice pack made from alcohol and water. Take 1 part alcohol, add 2 parts water, add to a gallon size freezer bag and freeze for 12 hours. For about $1.50 you have a flexible ice pack that will last indefinitly unless punctured.
