New body butter!

Inspired by a trio of blisters after my half ironman race in June, I made myself a blister salve to speed the healing. I used Grapeseed oil (rich in vitamins and minerals), Unrefined Shea butter (good for dry skin and wound care), Kpangnan butter (anti inflammatory and analgesic), unrefined beeswax (reduces inflammation and is anti bacterial) and an essential oil blend of Mastic (analgesic), Cistus (wound healing) and Helichrysum (wound healing and regenerative). Soon, I was on the mend! I’ve used this butter to help with an old knee injury and on a nasty bruise from a graceful walk into the side of my desk. This is one powerfully healing butter!
